What are the requirements to become a LEVEL cabin crew

• Age: Minimum 18 years
• Eligibility: Must have the right to live and work in Spain (EU Passport Holder or Spain work visa)
• Travel: Able to obtain relevant visas for travel to the US and hold a valid passport for unrestricted worldwide travel
• Minimum education: Baccalaureate or an equivalent diploma
• Certification: Valid Cabin Crew Attestation and valid EASA Cabin Crew medical certificate
• Language: Fluent in English and Spanish, spoken and written (B2)
• Flexibility: Willing to work shifts, including nights, weekends, holidays, and overnights
• Height/Reach: able to reach 212cm high.
• Security: Able to pass a criminal records check and a five-year background check.

Experience

You have no previous experience as Cabin Crew? No problem! We’ll provide all the training you need. But if you’ve already got it, that’s a bonus!

Who we are looking for

Cabin crew members who are passionate about customer service and working with people. Strong communication skills and a calm, professional demeanour. Fluent in both Spanish and English, and able to adapt to fast-paced environments.
