Airlines use group tasks to see how candidates communicate and work with other people.
A common exercise is a group discussion where candidates must solve a problem or agree on a decision together. Some airlines also use roleplay situations with passengers or onboard problems.
Recruiters watch how you speak, listen, react, and behave in the group - not just how much you talk.
