What is the day actually like - what do you do step by step?
A cabin crew assessment day is a mix of checks, tasks, and short interviews. It usually lasts 3 to 6 hours. You start with registration and a quick document check. Then there is a short presentation about the airline and the role. Next come group tasks. You work with other candidates while recruiters watch how you speak, listen, and cooperate. After that, there may be a short one-to-one or panel interview with basic questions. At some point, they also check your reach (around 210-212 cm) and how you present yourself. Candidates are often removed in stages during the day. If you pass all steps, you move forward to the next stage or get a final interview date.
