Some airlines use online tests before inviting candidates. These often check behaviour and decision making. Not everyone passes this stage. English is another common issue. If your speech is not clear or you struggle to answer simple questions, it becomes a problem during tests and interviews. During the assessment day, behaviour is key. Poor interaction in group tasks, not listening, or not speaking at all can lead to rejection. In many cases, it’s not one big mistake.
