What parts of the job are actually paid, and what is unpaid for cabin crew?
Cabin crew are mainly paid for flight hours. Some airlines also pay for boarding, standby, or layovers.
Time spent reporting before the flight, waiting during delays, or travelling between hotels and airports is often unpaid.
The exact system depends on the airline and contract.
