Hello everyone, do you guys know where ryanair trains new cabin crew? do they have training centers in each base?

They only have one training center and it's in Frankfurt.

They have various training centres, Hahn (near Frankfurt) is indeed one of them but also Bergamo, Stansted and they have been using conference rooms in hotels in cities more recently
