Requirements

  • Minimum age of 18
  • High school graduate or above
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Putonghua)
  • Proficiency in additional language is an added advantage
  • Good communication skills
  • Minimum arm-reach of 208cm on tiptoe
  • Previous experience in an airline, hospitality or service industry is advantageous
  • Holding PRC ID card

As the position you are applying for is safety-sensitive, the successful candidate will be required to meet the following criteria:

  • Successfully complete a comprehensive pre-employment background check, including criminal records
  • Demonstrate physical fitness to meet the requirements of the pre-employment medical assessment
  • Pass a pre-employment drug test. Testing will be conducted following the HKCAD Guidance for screening of Psychoactive Substances – Annex B, CAD373

Shortlisted candidates will be invited to an interview in Shanghai in early March. Candidates holding a valid TOEIC score of 325 for both reading and listening, or a valid IELTS (Academic) result with an overall Band Score of 6.0 or above, may be exempted from the English assessment. Please upload a copy of your score during the application stage. The assessment result must be within the validity period. Please note that your result will also be validated at a later stage during the recruitment process.

Personal & Application Information

Shortlisted applicants will be notified within six weeks and will be invited to complete a digital interview and English assessment. Selected candidates will be invited by email to attend our Assessment Day held in Shanghai in early March. Further applications from candidates who have already applied within the past three months will not be considered.
