      Helllo everyone,

Briefly introducing myself I am a 20 years old something whoise dream is working as cabin crew for emirates

However, when i look ahead my youthful years I wonder what happens to cabin crew (specially the ladies) when they reach age where they re no longer suitable to fly (i dont know if that would be 45, 50 or 60 years old by emirates standards). How the retirement process is..Are you sacked and sent back home as you can not retire in the UAE if you arent emirati citizen

Im very grateful whoever can clear that out for me

      Many thanks

      Thani

        Hi there,

        Difficult question…
As for UAE, if you are not emirati, I guess you would be sent back home.
I don’t see any other option.
And I don’t think they would keep you that long. From my experience, as a passenger, most of Emirates crew are 21-35.

        Cheers!
