Let’s collect some role play questions here 🙂

1. You spilled a drink on a passenger’s shirt. He started shouting. What will you do?
2. Drunk passenger asking for another drink.
3. A passenger complaints about a bad smell in the cabin.
4. Passengers fighting in the cabin.

Has anyone got more examples?

1. You found a passenger smoking in toilet
2. Someone wants to use toilet before take off when it’s not allowed
3. Passenger has found an insect / mold in his meal
4. Rude passenger shouting at cabin crew
