Job Functions

- Conduct thorough pre-flight inspections of the galley, cabin, and crew areas, ensuring all are in pristine condition and secure, and promptly communicate the status to the flight crew.
- Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and organization within the aircraft interior before, during, and after flights, maintaining a comfortable and inviting environment.
- Demonstrate the ability to follow instructions and effectively collaborate with the flight crew to ensure seamless operation and guest satisfaction.
- Adhere to the guidelines outlined in the “Cabin Attendant Handbook,” maintaining Silver Air’s high standards of service and professionalism.
- Manage the ordering of catering and procurement of essential flight and guest necessities tailored to each flight, ensuring a personalized and high-quality in-flight experience.
- Keep the aircraft cabin fully stocked and meticulously organized according to Silver Air’s exacting standards, enhancing the overall guest experience.
- Prioritize safety and compliance in all actions and duties, ensuring that these critical aspects govern the management of in-flight activities.
- Provide assistance with the Initial Cabin Setup as needed, contributing to the readiness and excellence of the aircraft’s interior for guests.
Skills Knowledge and Expertise
- A college degree is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated proficiency in providing high-end food and beverage services, along with luxury service experiences tailored to the expectations of VVIP clients.
- A minimum of two years of experience as a Corporate Cabin Attendant is strongly preferred.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential.
- A knack for resourceful problem-solving and the ability to address challenges innovatively.
- Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail, coupled with strong time management capabilities.
- Extensive knowledge of food and beverage preparation, plating techniques, display aesthetics, and service standards.
