Who are we looking for?

Malaysia Airlines cabin crew are dedicated and charismatic individuals. We proudly pin our wings on the very best. In order to be eligible, candidates must meet the following requirements:​

• Malaysian citizen.
• Fluent in Bahasa Melayu & English.
• Aged from 18-35 years old.​
• Open for Male & Female.
• Possess strong teamwork skills and have a passion for customer service.​
• Personality traits should include being attentive, helpful, courteous, polite and respectful.​
• Minimum height of 157cm for female and 165cm for male or 210cm arm reached.
• Minimum education requirement of diploma certification or equivalent in any discipline.​
• No visible tattoos while wearing the cabin crew uniform.​
• SPM Credit in Bahasa Melayu and English.
• Diploma or Degree academic qualifications will be an added advantage
• Dress Code: Business Formal. Ladies are required to wear knee-length skirts.

3. All Education Certificates (including SPM Certificate. Please bring your English Test Certificate i.e. TOEIC, IELTS, MUET or TOEFL if available)
