Cabin Crew MEA

Young and dynamic female candidates are invited to join MEA Cabin Crew Team.

Your role will revolve around  looking after our passengers and ensuring their comfort, safety and security, while providing a pleasant flight experience.

You must fulfill the following requirements:

• Nationality : Lebanese
• Age : between 20-27
• Minimum Educational Level : Lebanese Bacc II or its Official Equivalent
• Languages : Arabic (native tongue), Fluency in English and French
• Height : 160 cm(minimum)
• Weight : Proportionate to Height
• Clear Complexion
• Smart Appearance
• No Visible Tattoos , Piercings or scars
• Pleasant Personality, Team and Customer-Service Oriented
• Excellent interpersonal Communication Skills
• Ability to Work under Pressure
• Flexibility (working long and irregular shifts)
• Ability to swim

You have to pass through these  steps to be selected:

a. Screening

b. Selection Committee Interview 

c. Final Selection Interview

 

Selected candidates will undergo a medical fitness exam by Company  Physician, prior to a 10 week in-house training.

Successful Trainees will complete a six-month trial period, based on which they will sign a two-year contract, towards confirmation in the Company’s service.
