Responsibilities:
- Ensure inflight safety of passengers
- Deliver excellent customer service which is enjoyable and impressive for passengers
- Anticipate and respond to passengers’ needs promptly and in a professional mannerÂ
Requirements:
- Minimum age of 18
- Bachelor Degree or high school graduate with more 1 year of flight attendant experience
- Fluency in written and spoken English and Japanese, other Asian language would be an advantage
- A valid certificate of English TOEFL score with 60 or above; IELTS test certification with score of 5 or above; or TOEIC total test score of more than 600 is preferred
- A minimum arm-reach of 208cm and physical fitness to pass the pre-employment medical assessment
- Good communication skills with positive attitude and customer-oriented mindset
- Previous experience in an aviation industry would be advantageous
- Successful employment background check with no criminal history

Shortlisted candidates will receive our email invitation for an on-the-spot interview in Narita on 20 October 2024. We will assist successful candidates to apply for HKSAR work visa.
