Your responsibilities:

• Maintain the consistency of Fiji Airways Exceptional Service Standards experiences on every flight.
• Demonstrate our Fijian values of friendliness and hospitality and care.
• Perform all assigned duties in compliance with standard operating procedures and applicable regulations.
• Ensure the well-being and medical safety of guests in compliance with prescribed Health and Safety measures.
• Adhere to Fiji Airways performance standards and grooming standards.
• Maintain personal Proficiency and Safety Standards in accordance with aviation regulations.
• Ensure conformance with Company policies and procedures.
• Keep abreast of all Service Procedures and Product Standards as required.
• Be an exemplary role model and ambassador of Fiji Airways and Fiji.

Our requirements:

• Fiji School Form 7 (Year 13) pass or equivalent or Form 6 (Year 12) pass with 1 year of hospitality industry experience or 3 Years Solid Front Line experience in the hospitality industry with a tertiary level certificate.
• Aviation experience is an advantage.
• Highly proficient written & spoken English (Fluency in another language is an advantage).
• Able to swim without the aid of a flotation device.
• Fiji citizen (a current valid passport is an advantage).
• Must be physically fit and meet ALL Fiji Airways and Civil Aviation Authority of Fiji medical and health screening requirements.
• Must be able to travel unrestricted to all Fiji Airways international destinations.
• Must not have a criminal record in Fiji or any international jurisdiction.
• Must be a team player and willing to work a 24/7 roster including weekends and public holidays.
