As a Flight Attendant with Jazz, you’ll be the face of Air Canada Express – bringing comfort, safety, and unforgettable service to passengers every day. Whether you're discovering new cities on layovers or enjoying travel perks on your own time, this is more than a job, it’s a lifestyle.

Responsibilities:

• Be a brand ambassador for Jazz and Air Canada Express.
• Deliver exceptional service and create a welcoming onboard vibe.
• Prioritize safety and lead with confidence in any situation.
• Follow all aviation regulations and company procedures.

Requirements:

• 18+ years old High school diploma or equivalent.
• Canadian citizenship or Permanent Resident status.
• Valid passport (6+ months validity).
• Able to travel internationally without restrictions.
• 1–2 years of customer service or public-facing experience.
• Height: 6’1” (185 cm) or shorter.
• Flexible schedule (evenings, weekends, holidays).
• Positive attitude, great communication, and respect for diversity.
• Successful completion of our 6-week internal training program.

Additional requirements:

• We’re proud to offer bilingual service. Fluency in English is required; French is a big plus.
