By accessing or using the Site, you agree that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.


1. Agreement to Terms

  • By accessing or using the Site, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, you are prohibited from using the Site.

  • Recruiter accounts require manual approval. Only company-verified email addresses are permitted (e.g., no Gmail or Yahoo).

4.3. Termination for Non-Compliance:

  • Accounts using personal email domains or violating platform rules may be terminated.

5. Purchases and Refund Policy

5.1. Subscription Services:

  • Recruiters must purchase a subscription to post jobs after the free trial period. Subscriptions are non-transferable.

5.2. Refund Policy:

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of payment and include a valid justification. Refunds are issued at our sole discretion after review.

5.3. Refund Exclusions:

  • Refunds will not be issued for job postings removed due to violations of our Genuine Job Posting Policy (see Section 8.5).

6. Data Privacy and Use

6.1. Data Collection:

  • We collect and process personal data, including names, emails, CVs, and video presentations, as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

6.2. Recruiter Access:

  • Approved recruiters may access candidates’ profiles to facilitate hiring. Users consent to this use of their data by registering on the Site.

6.3. Data Retention:

  • User data is retained for as long as necessary to provide services or comply with legal requirements. Users may request data deletion by contacting us.

7. Prohibited Activities

You may not:

  • Post irrelevant, misleading, or non-aviation job listings.
  • Harass, threaten, or defraud other users.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Site or its security features.
  • Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to collect data.
  • Upload harmful or offensive content (e.g., viruses, malware, hate speech).
  • Post promotional content disguised as a job offer, such as advertisements for training courses or services.

Violation of these rules may result in account suspension or termination.


8. User-Generated Content

8.1. Forum and Profile Contributions:

  • Users are responsible for their forum posts and profile content. Posts must remain relevant and professional.

8.2. Moderation Rights:

  • We reserve the right to remove or edit content that violates these Terms or is deemed inappropriate.

8.3. Disclaimers:

  • We are not liable for user-generated content. Users contribute at their own risk.

8.4. Job Posting Requirements:

  • All job postings must be directly related to cabin crew roles or the aviation industry. Non-compliant postings, including unrelated job ads, will be removed.

8.5. Genuine Job Posting Policy:

  • Recruiters and airlines must post only genuine job offers directly related to cabin crew roles or the aviation industry. Job postings may not be used to promote unrelated services, such as training courses, agency services, or advertisements for products.
  • Non-compliant or misleading job postings will be removed without notice, and no refund will be provided for paid postings that violate this policy.

9. Use of Images and Copyright Attribution

9.1. AI-Generated and Sourced Images:

  • We use a combination of AI-generated images and images sourced from the internet to enhance our posts and content on the Site.

9.2. Copyright Attribution:

  • We make every effort to provide accurate copyright information and attribution to rightful owners.

9.3. Disclaimer of Responsibility:

  • While we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee that all copyright attributions are error-free. If you believe an image has been used without proper permission, contact us at [email protected], and we will address the issue promptly.

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1. No Guarantees:

  • We do not guarantee the accuracy of job postings, successful job placements, or uninterrupted site access.

10.2. Third-Party Services:

  • The Site integrates third-party services (e.g., Google AdSense). We disclaim liability for issues arising from such services.

10.3. Force Majeure:

  • We are not responsible for service interruptions caused by circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, cyberattacks).

11. Termination and Account Suspension

  • Accounts may be terminated for violating these Terms, inactivity (over 12 months), or inappropriate behaviour.

  • Terminated accounts lose access to the Site and all associated data.
