Cabin crew work isn’t just about welcoming passengers—it’s about handling turbulence, medical emergencies, and unexpected situations at 38,000 feet. As cabin crew, your job is to keep passengers safe, manage conflicts, and stay alert for anything that could go wrong.
To apply, you need a high school diploma, fluent English, and the ability to swim. Airlines require a minimum height of around 157–160 cm and a reach of 208–212 cm, depending on the airline. Visible tattoos in uniform are not allowed, and a medical assessment is required. Customer service experience helps, but airlines provide full training.
No experience? Many airlines train new crew, but customer service skills help. If you can stay calm when people lose their tempers at boarding, you’re already ahead.
