Hello. I wanted to ask experienced crew what is it that your management does for you that you like? If you are a loyal fan of your airline that probably means you have good management so what is it that they do that stands out for you?

Hi. I think the most important thing is respect. If your management respects you and appreciates your work, if you don't feel stressed when you go to work, then I think your management is doing a good job.. Why do you ask? Is it about your job? Or you are from the management? 😜

@trolleydolly hey thanks for your reply! No I’m not from management lol but I am trying to change the way our management deals with us. I’m trying to think of suggestions they could implement that would benefit crew. Because other than letters of appreciation there has to be other ways to show their appreciation

Appreciation letters probably won't work. How do they deal with you guys? From my experience I can tell you it's really hard to change the way you management deals with the crew. Almost impossible, unless someone new joins the company..
