Qualifications:
Applicants must meet all of the following conditions:
- Education: Graduation from a vocational school, technical college, junior college, 4-year university, or graduate school by the end of March 2024. ※ For those with a high school diploma, at least 3 years of work experience is required.
- Language Proficiency: Japanese: Business level proficiency in reading, writing, and conversation. (Note: Qualification training (lecture and practical training) will be conducted in Japanese.) English: TOEIC score of 600 points or equivalent GTEC-LR score of 260 points or above.
- Vision: Visual acuity of 1.0 or higher in both eyes with or without correction.
- Health: Physically fit for aircraft duty, without impairments to respiratory, circulatory, auditory, pharyngeal, ocular, or lumbar spine functions.
- Commuting: Able to reside within a commutable distance to company-designated business locations.
- Others: Possession of a valid passport at the time of employment. Ability to obtain a visa (permit) to stay at designated training locations and workplaces specified by the company (including overseas).
※ Individual schedule adjustments are not possible for the selection and joining process. Employment Type: Initially, it will be a fixed-term employment contract as a trainee. Upon successful completion of training and appointment as a cabin crew member, it will be an indefinite-term employment contract (regular employee).
Contract Period: [Trainee] 2 months (during the training period) ※ The training period and the fixed-term employment contract period may change due to unavoidable circumstances.
[After passing the training and being appointed as a cabin crew member] No fixed period
Probationary Period: 3 months after joining the company (Example: If joining as a trainee on April 1st, passing the training, being appointed as a cabin crew member, and signing an indefinite-term employment contract on June 1st, the probationary period will be until June 30th.)
Expected Number of Hires: Approximately 70 Joining Date: After September 2024, on a date specified by the company Work Locations: Kansai International Airport, Narita International Airport, Naha Airport, and other locations designated by the company Salary: [Trainee] Basic Salary: ¥187,000 per month ※ Including a defined contribution pension option allowance: ¥55,000 per month
[Cabin Crew Member] Basic Salary: ¥205,000 per month ※ Including a defined contribution pension option allowance: ¥55,000 per month
Other: Duty hour allowance, overtime and late-night work allowances, commuting allowance provided within specified limits.
Bonus: Performance-linked bonus: Paid once a year. The payment rate is determined annually.
Working Hours: Shift work including Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays. ※ Working hours may vary depending on the flight schedule. ※ There may be overtime, early morning, late-night, and overnight duties.
Holidays & Leave: ・At least 105 days of annual days off. Days off are in accordance with the employment regulations and shift schedules. ・Annual paid leave is granted as required by law. Available after 6 months of employment (after working for 6 months or more). ・Refreshment leave: Available after the end of the probationary period.
