Salary

According to the collective labor agreement, a maximum of 2 full years of flight experience (as a Senior Cabin Crew Member) from other airlines is credited. If the flight experience is not more than 5 years old, you will be directly classified into the 3rd functional year:

  1. First functional year: CHF 4635.00
  2. Second functional year: CHF 4790.00
  3. Third functional year: CHF 4944.00
  4. Fourth functional year: CHF 5150.00
  5. Fifth functional year: CHF 5305.00

And so on.

In addition, there are onboard sales commissions and allowances.
