Salary
According to the collective labor agreement, a maximum of 2 full years of flight experience (as a Senior Cabin Crew Member) from other airlines is credited. If the flight experience is not more than 5 years old, you will be directly classified into the 3rd functional year:
- First functional year: CHF 4635.00
- Second functional year: CHF 4790.00
- Third functional year: CHF 4944.00
- Fourth functional year: CHF 5150.00
- Fifth functional year: CHF 5305.00
And so on.
In addition, there are onboard sales commissions and allowances.
