The incident involves a furious passenger who refused to disembark a Southwest Airlines aircraft.

The video shows a furious woman trying to block another passengers from disembarking the aircraft, then screams as she passes by.

Nowadays, most airlines encourage passengers to leave one row at a time to minimize the number of people in the aisle. The short video shows a sitting passenger when it was her turn to disembark the plane. She appears to stubbornly remain seated while a flight attendant encourages her to get up and leave.

“Are you going to get off the aircraft, or are you going to sit there and scream?” the crew member can be heard saying at the start of the video.

We don’t know what happened earlier, but the video begins with a black passenger trying to get off the aircraft, saying she has to go to the bathroom.

A moment later, the black passenger tries to walk past her, the passenger starts to scream, as if she’s being attacked, sticking her arm out as if to hold back the other passenger.

The flight attendant steps in and addresses the problem to the passenger, saying, “I’m watching you attack her.”

The passenger then tells her “You go outta here,” but the flight attendant asserts, “Excuse me, I work here, ma’am!”.
